Since 1924 Winkworth Machinery has been designing and manufacturing world-class mixers for mixing doughs, powders, creams, batters, pastes, sludges, slurries and granules. It has supplied new and used ‘Z Blade, Ribbon, Double Cone Blenders, Paste Feeders, Homogenisers, process vessels and vacuum dryers’ industrial mixers to locations all over the world for use in a variety of industries.

About UsAt our Swallowfield headquarters near Reading in Berkshire, product development is undertaken using Computer Aided Design techniques. This is supported by an extensive test facility where customers can select the right machine for their mix under controlled conditions. Similarly, equipment can be tailor-made to a customer’s specification or modified to meet a special need.

LatheAll Winkworth mixers are British built using a Computerised Manufacturing Management System and adhere to stringent quality control. Each new mixer complies fully with latest EU regulations and is manufactured in accordance with our ISO 9001 accreditation. Direct sales are developed world wide from the UK and abroad, supported by an extensive agent network covering Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, Mexico and South Africa.

The recent acquisition of BPT Skerman, one of the UK's leading designers and manufacturers of hygienic processing plant, equipment and integrated systems has allowed the Winkworth Group to extend its product and service offering to its customers.
